Affiliate Program – T & C

1. Introduction
   Welcome to the Orderocks Affiliate Program (“Program”). These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation as an affiliate (“Affiliate,” “You,” or “Your”) in the Program operated by Orderocks LLC (“Orderocks,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”).
   By joining the Program, you agree to comply with all the terms, conditions, and policies set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not participate in the Program.

2. Eligibility
   The Program is open to all individuals and entities residing in the United States, including college students, influencers, bloggers, social media creators, or professionals interested in promoting Orderocks.
   Participants must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid email address and Orderocks account.
   Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including advertising and consumer protection laws.

3. Enrollment
   To become an Affiliate, you must submit a completed application via email ([email protected]) or Orderocks Affiliate Registration Portal if its available.
   Orderocks reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
   Once approved, you will receive a unique affiliate link or code that tracks sales generated through your referrals.

4. Commission Structure
   Affiliates will earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through their affiliate link within a valid referral period.
   Commission rates and eligible product categories will be detailed in your affiliate dashboard and may vary based on promotions or category.
   If your dashboard is not available in beginning it will be available in few months.
   You will earn commission on all qualifying orders placed by your referred customers for up to 12 months from the date of their first purchase.
   After the 12-month period, program renewal or continuation will depend on performance review and compliance with this Agreement. Orderocks management holds all rights to continue or stop affiliate program.

5. Payments
   Commissions will be calculated monthly and paid out if the total earned balance exceeds $10.
   Payments will be made in the form of Orderocks Gift Cards, redeemable across any store or product listed on Orderocks.com.
   Balances under $10 will be rolled over to the next payment cycle.
   Payments will be issued within 30 days of the end of each month, subject to validation of transactions and compliance review.

6. Affiliate Responsibilities
   Affiliates agree to:
   Promote Orderocks ethically and truthfully across digital or offline channels.
   Avoid misleading claims, spam, or deceptive advertising practices.
   Use approved marketing materials and adhere to brand guidelines provided by Orderocks.
   Not engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, including self-referrals, cookie stuffing, or fake orders.

7. Brand & Content Usage
   Affiliates may use the Orderocks name, logo, and promotional assets only for the purpose of promoting Orderocks in compliance with these terms.
   Unauthorized use or modification of Orderocks’ intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
   Affiliates must not portray themselves as employees or official representatives of Orderocks.

8. Program Duration & Renewal
   Each affiliate agreement is valid for one (1) year from the approval date.
   Renewal will be based on performance metrics, compliance with program policies, and a mutual review.
   Orderocks may modify commission rates, terms, or eligibility requirements upon renewal.

9. Termination
   Orderocks reserves the right to terminate or suspend your participation in the program immediately, without prior notice, if:
   You violate these Terms and Conditions.
   You engage in fraudulent or unethical marketing practices.
   Your activities harm Orderocks’ reputation or violate applicable laws.
   Upon termination, all unpaid commissions will be forfeited.

10. Taxes
    Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable federal, state, or local taxes arising from their earnings through the Program.

11. Limitation of Liability
    Orderocks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of participation in the Program. The maximum liability of Orderocks under this Agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid to the Affiliate during the preceding six (6) months.

12. Modifications
    Orderocks reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law
    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
